It is reported that the project is located near Jinjiang Shoe Textile City, Jinjiang Bridge, and Jinjiang Second Sports Center, with a land area of approximately 205 acres and a building area of approximately 210000 square meters. It is planned to be constructed in two phases, with a total of 1200 beds. It will be completed and put into use by December 2025.
